Connaught Brown

Impressionist and Modern Art

Founded in 1985, Connaught Brown is one of London's leading fine art galleries. The gallery specialises in paintings and drawings by the French Impressionists, Post- Impressionists and Modern Masters.

Connaught Brown holds exhibitions by and sells art works by many of the most important artists from the late 19th and 20th centuries. We have recently dealt with works by Vincent Van Gogh, Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Raoul Dufy, Pablo Picasso, Henri Matisse, Henry Moore, Ben Nicholson and Marc Chagall. The gallery holds three or four exhibitions a year in which we often focus on a forgotten aspect of the work of an established artist or an unfairly, in our opinion, forgotten lesser known artist.

Over the years Connaught Brown has built a significant and unique voice at TEFAF, showcasing a depth of understanding in 20th century British and French art, introducing collectors and museums to both major artworks and new discoveries.
